Pilates for runners has been especially designed for “Runners” looking at the Biomechanics involved therefore benefits can include

Pilates for Runners classes is taught by Nicky Morgan a competitive runner and Pilates instructor. Since Nicky has been practicing Pilates for runners she has seen an improvement in her own running stance and has returned to competing.
We run a 6 week introduction course to Pilates for runners where you will be taught the principles of Pilates and how this has been transferred to the biomechanics of running.
A weekly Pilates for runners class will be run so you can then build upon your Pilates and continue to see the benefits of Pilates & running combined.
£65 for the 6 week course & includes supply of resistance bands you can use at home for strengthening & stretching muscles.
*Next course starts Monday 1st November 7.15pm
Thursday 8.15pm Pilates for runners
* Starts Thursday 14th October.
£11 per class or book package £60.50 for 6 (to be used over 8 weeks) £99 for 10 (to be used over 14 weeks).
‼️ We recommend the induction course before starting the Thursday class but this is not essential.

* We are COVID secure, Small classes in a large space, all equipment is cleaned after and before each use, Masks advised when entering the studio then can be removed once on your mat. Pilates mats are provided unless you would like to bring your own.
