Our Ageless Strength & Rehab Classes are designed to help you move with confidence, maintain independence, and feel strong and capable in everyday life. Led by qualified physiotherapists, these small, supportive classes combine functional exercises, mobility work, and balance training to help you feel your best no matter your age or ability.

 

This isn’t about pushing limits or lifting heavy weights. It’s about building strength that supports real life, from climbing stairs and gardening to playing with grandchildren and enjoying your hobbies pain-free.

What to Expect in an Ageless Strength & Rehab Class

Each class is gentle yet effective, focusing on movements that improve how your body feels and functions.

 

You’ll work on:

  • Strength training to maintain muscle and bone health

  • Mobility and flexibility to ease stiffness and support joint health

  • Posture and core stability to protect your back and reduce pain
