Nazleen Reed
Physiotherapist | BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy
Nazleen brings a wealth of experience to UPL, with over 17 years in musculoskeletal physiotherapy to the Peterborough studio and more than 15 years teaching Pilates. Her approach is thorough, supportive and focused on helping you understand your body as well as treat the problem.
She has particular expertise in lower back pain, prenatal and postnatal musculoskeletal conditions, and the use of acupuncture for MSK pain and headaches. Treatments are carefully tailored, combining hands-on therapy with movement and exercise where appropriate.
Available: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays


Elias Moradi
Physiotherapist | MSc Physiotherapy
If you’re looking to move better, feel stronger and get back to doing what you love, Elias is here to help. With five years’ experience in physiotherapy, he takes a hands-on, evidence-based approach to recovery, always focusing on what will make the biggest difference to your day-to-day life.
Elias specialises in sports rehabilitation, pain management and improving mobility and gait. He combines treatments such as cupping, massage, joint mobilisation and ultrasound with tailored exercise programmes, so you leave each session with clarity and confidence in your recovery.
Available: Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursday evenings
Christian Kumar
Physiotherapist | BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy
Christian works closely with clients who want a clear, structured path back to sport and activity. With a calm and encouraging approach, he helps you rebuild strength, confidence and movement safely and effectively.
With a strong interest in lower limb rehabilitation and return-to-sport programmes, Christian uses techniques including acupuncture, massage, K-taping and personalised exercise prescription to support your recovery, whether you’re returning from injury or working towards a specific goal.

Abi Morris
Sports Therapist | MSc Sports Therapy
Abi is passionate about helping people move safely and confidently, whatever their starting point. Alongside her sports therapy masters and sport therapy background, she is qualified in GP exercise referral, meaning she has additional expertise in supporting clients with medical conditions who need adapted or carefully structured exercise.
She works with sports injuries, back pain and rehabilitation classes, combining treatments such as acupuncture, cupping, sports massage and ultrasound with clear, supportive exercise plans designed around you.
Available: Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays
Hannah Chapman
Sports Therapist | BSc (Hons) Sports Therapy
With seven years’ experience, Hannah brings a reassuring and therapeutic approach to every session. She is particularly experienced in treating sports injuries, shoulder pain and chronic pain, helping clients feel more comfortable in their bodies and confident in their recovery.
Hannah combines sports massage, cupping, hot stones and exercise prescription to support pain management and long-term results, always tailoring treatment to how your body responds on the day.

Tina Blewett
Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner | BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy
With over 20 years’ experience across the NHS and private practice and a Masters in Physiotherapy, Tina offers a highly skilled and reassuring level of care. As an advanced physiotherapy practitioner who works closely with back pain specialists, she is exceptionally qualified in complex and long-standing musculoskeletal conditions.
Tina has a strong interest in acupuncture, manual therapy and exercise prescription, always taking time to assess thoroughly and create a clear, effective treatment plan that supports long-term improvement.

Amber Jackson
Physiotherapist | BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy
Amber focuses on helping clients in Peterborough restore movement, reduce discomfort and build strength through practical, personalised physiotherapy. Her sessions are clear, supportive and tailored to your individual needs and goals.
She uses a combination of joint mobilisation, massage, acupuncture, K-taping and exercise prescription to help you move more confidently and comfortably, whether you’re managing pain or working towards better overall function.
