Whether your pain is caused by injury, posture, muscle weakness, or stress, our classes give you the tools, confidence, and knowledge to move well again safely and effectively.

What to Expect in a Back Pain Class

 Every session focuses on gentle, targeted exercises that support your spine and strengthen your body from the inside out.

 

Our physiotherapists guide you through:

  • Core strengthening to support your spine and improve stability

  • Postural exercises to reduce tension and prevent strain

  • Mobility and flexibility work to ease stiffness and improve the range of motion

  • Breathing and relaxation techniques to reduce tension and stress

  • Education and guidance on movement habits to protect your back in daily life

Who Can Join a Back Pain Class?

 

Our classes are suitable for anyone experiencing:

  • Lower, mid, or upper back pain

  • Muscle tightness or stiffness

  • Back pain linked to poor posture or desk work

  • Recovery after injury or surgery

  1. Chronic pain or mobility challenges

 

If you’re unsure whether a class is right for you, we recommend booking a 30-minute physiotherapy assessment before joining. This allows us to understand your specific needs and ensure you get the most from your sessions.
