At Ultimate Performance Lifestyle (UPL), our Modified Pilates classes in Peterborough are designed and taught by fully qualified Physiotherapists, experts in both Pilates and biomechanical movement.

 

We’ve been running Modified Pilates classes in Peterborough since 2012, and many of our class members have been with us since those very first sessions! Our purpose-built Pilates studio provides a calm, supportive space to focus on your movement, strength, and wellbeing.

What to Expect

Each class integrates the core principles of Pilates breathing, alignment, stability, concentration, and control alongside the physiotherapy expertise of your instructor.

 

Our small, supportive class sizes allow our physiotherapists to move around the room, check your form, and adapt exercises to suit you. We use a range of equipment, including Pilates balls, bricks, pillows, and resistance bands, to make every session accessible and effective.

 

Classes are suitable for beginners through to advanced participants, with variations provided for each movement to match your level and progress.

 

Pilates Assessment

If you’re new to Pilates or unsure which class is right for you, we offer a 30-minute Pilates assessment with one of our Chartered Physiotherapists.


This one-to-one session helps us understand your goals, assess your movement, and ensure you start in the right class for your needs.
