Post-natal Physio-led Pilates in Peterborough
Are you a mum and had a baby in the last year?
Is it time to think about getting your body back to fitness so you don’t feel so tired all the time?
There are lots of baby groups in Peterborough to join but does it really focus on you as a Mum?
We run a 6 week block of Physio-led Post-natal Pilates where babies come too, so need to worry about childcare.
These classes are a great way to regain fitness levels & strength post-Natal, recover from diastasis recti (separation of the abdominal muscles) and caesareans.
I am a Qualified Physiotherapist, Pilates teacher and mother of 3 daughters so I feel I’m more than qualified to teach this class & share my expertise.
We have a large purpose built Pilates studio in Peterborough and have implemented policies to make us COVID secure.
These are a 6 week class which will be progressed each week where you can feel and see the difference. The classes will include....
✔️ A telephone Pre Physiotherapy Assessment.
✔️ 6 x 1 hour Physio-led Pilates.
✔️ Your own resistance bands, 1 for upper body & 1 for hip and lower limb strength.
✔️ Pair of Pilates socks.
✔️ Socialise after the class with other mums in a friendly safe environment with complementary tea/coffee and fresh pastries.
✔️ Expert Physiotherapy advice on hand for any post-natal or women’s health issues.
Classes will be £88 for the block of 6 weeks.
Tuesdays 10am -11.30am (includes 30 mins social time after).
