Nicky our Pilates instructor at our Peterborough studio
is starting a programme with Pilates with the Swiss ball on Thursday’s at 7pm. This will be reoccurring over the next 6 weeks.
Swiss balls or sometimes named Physio balls they are used to enhance exercises and one of the many small equipment we use at Pilates.
Balancing on the ball whilst doing Pilates can be very challenging and works your balance, core and pelvic muscles, whilst focusing on your posture. This in turn will help with lower back and neck pain, recovering from an injury and many more MSK conditions.
Spaces are available for the Thursday at 7pm but you will need to book as we have limited the class to no more than 12.
We are COVID secure at UPL and ensure all equipment is cleaned before and after use. We advise to wear a mask when entering the studio but once on your mat these can be removed.
