At Ultimate Performance Lifestyle (UPL) we offer injury prevention, rehabilitation and hands-on treatments to help clients recuperate after surgery or injury and better manage work related or postural problems. We also offer physiotherapist led Modified Pilates classes, supporting clients keen to maintain improved flexibility and movement long-term.

Our qualified and experienced Physiotherapists specialise in treating musculo-skeletal problems from back pain and neck pain to muscle aligament and tendon injuries.

Combining deep tissue massage with stretching techniques, our sports massages aim to proactively enhance muscle conditioning and help treat most soft tissue injuries.

Our Physiotherapists lead class participants through exercises designed to help increase flexibility and movement, improve stamina, enhance core strength and reduce neck and back pain

The Hatha Yoga classes we teach target strengthening the body from the inside, teaching physical poses with controlled breathing, incorporating an element of spirituality, meditation and relaxation.

Dear Naz I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the recent physio you carried out on my shoulder. You quickly worked out what the issue was and the combination of your physio, acupuncture and the exercises you have given me have meant I have had no further issues. You are also now one of a select few that have seen all my tattoos. I would have no hesitation in recommending you to all my friends, family and business acquaintances.

Hi Naz, Just to let you know that I managed to get round the full 26.2 without having to stop for my knee. I did get a bit of pain for the last 5 miles, but I think I would have anyway. The good news is that my knee doesn't feel much worse than it did last week, so thanks for your help in getting me to the start line. I've no doubt I wouldn't have been able to do it without your help. My time was 3:35:54, which I was happy with considering no training for 3 weeks close to the race. Looking forward to my massage tonight (I think). Cheers, Craig
