Physio-led Pilates has been delivered to our lovely clients since March during the first lockdown. 🔒
It is very important to keep moving, fit & healthy during this difficult time. 🤸🏻♂️🤾🏿🏌🏾🧘🏼♂️
We do live classes but if you cannot make the class get the recorded session and you can do it in your own time.
