I have decided to return to running after a 2 year break. I started this over 1 month ago and thought i would do a Vlog after each run. I wanted to "keep it real" by giving you my honest views on....

With this is mind I am using my skills and knowledge with Physiotherapy and Pilates to help improve, keep strong and injury free each week. I will be sharing my top tips as I go.
