Calling Wellie wearers
With this muddy wet weather we have been having you maybe going out in your wellies to prevent getting too muddy.
Walking in wellies is ok for a short period of time but if it’s everyday for a dog walk and for longer than 30 minutes. Then you may find your getting heel pain. Plantar fasciitis is seen in the summer with flip flops & also in the winter with wellies.
