Our clients tell us that they really look forward to seeing what we have in store for them each week.
This week's exercise is known as a Hip Twist in Pilates.
The Hip Twist is great to stretch and immobilise the spine, lower back and abductor glutes with the addition of a pectoral stretch. Naz explains how the stretch can be intensified further as long as you do not feel any pain.
