Our Monday Motivational Move is a good one today to strengthen our upper back and scapula. This is a particularly great move for rolled shoulders and posture.
The aim is to strengthen and stretch your weaker scapula muscles to offload those that work too much.
This exercise is good for your:
- tension headaches
- improve posture
- to help to improve strength sitting at your desk
- upper back strength and stretch
