Today's Monday Motivational Movement is a spine stretch sequence which is great for:
- Upper and lower back stiffness
- Back pain
- Spine stiffness
- Shoulder strength
- People who sit a lot eg. desk workers.
The exercise sequence includes angry cats, happy cows and a downward dog.
Repeat the exercise 6-8 times each side.
