Monday Motivational Exercise

Monday doesn't have to be blue... the third Monday in January is known as Blue Monday - luckily there is no such thing at UPL! We are always very happy to see our clients either in physio, for sports deep tissue massage, doing Pilates or attending one of our specialised courses.

It's time to exercise and strengthen deep neck flexor muscles - a brilliant exercise if you suffer with neck stiffness and pain. The exercise prevents muscle imbalances especially if you find yourself sitting for long periods of time. The instructions today include 'peach' and 'crown' - smile as you exercise and hear where the words crop up.
