This exercise is to stretch out your spine.
Naz (Lead Physiotherapist/Pilates teacher), has broken it into level 1-3 so you stay at the level you feel comfortable, but also feel the stretch.
This exercise is good for
✔️ to mobilise the spine improving flexibility
✔️ relieve tight lower back
✔️ ease lower back pain
✔️ improve hip mobility
✔️ reverse age related stiffness
